App Store Updates Screen Should Allow You To Delete

I have 637 apps on my phone as at February 2017.

Of course I don’t use more than 40 or so on a regular basis.

Every now and then I will into Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage and delete some of the largest ones that I am not using and that’s just to clean up a bit as I do not have a lack of storage, like right now I have 19.12GB available, which is a good amount on my 128GB phone.

I think the App Store updates screen should allow you to delete apps that are due for an update. This is an ideal time when you see an app due for an update and you know you haven’t used it, possibly ever, then just delete it then and there.

I have app updates every day, today there were 21 apps wanting to update.

Obviously I don’t do automatic updates, I prefer to see what’s being updated and that will often prompt me to try an app I do not use often and see what the developers have done in this latest update.

Anyway, that’s all, I just think it would be convenient to be able to delete apps that are waiting to update.
